This Trader Joe’s Bag is My Absolute Favorite

When I first moved to Seattle, I had a hell of a time figuring out the best way to carry large amounts of groceries home from the store without dropping everything or nearly killing myself. There’s no backpack large enough to carry most of the everyday items I needed to buy and the paper bags that most stores give out are fragile, hard to balance, and block your vision.

Luckily, I found these really great canvas bags at Trader Joe’s that are large enough to handle a massive amount of groceries and have giant handles that allow me to loop the bag around my neck (no more holding bag handles in my teeth)! I think the largest and heaviest thing I’ve carried in one is a full 12‐pack of Blue Moon. Like I said: they’re really sturdy. Despite being made of canvas, they still collapse down to a size that doesn’t take up a ton of room in your bag.

If you want to pick up a couple, you don’t have to go all the way to Trader Joe’s. You can actually snag them on Amazon for fairly cheap.
